BAND 12
All Band 11 services plus:

• Sophisticated planning, reporting, full-service implementation, document review, and custom investment options
• Quarterly tax projections including multiple states

BAND 13
All Band 11 and 12 services plus:

• Income and state residency tax preparation

Your Cost:

Thermo Fisher pays for the services noted under each Band above. If you wish to purchase more comprehensive services, you can do so as follows:

• Executives in Band 11 can buy up the services noted for Bands 12 and 13
• Executives in Band 12 can buy up Band 13 tax services

The IRS requires you to pay taxes on the value of the employer-provided financial services you enroll in. The value of this coverage, called imputed income, will be included in your wages on a pro-rated basis.
