The DCP offers a dollar-for-dollar match on deferrals in the Plan, up to 6% of your total cash compensation that exceeds the IRS limit on compensation recognized in the 401(k) Plan, after one year of employment.

How to Participate
To participate in the DCP, you must enroll online with Fidelity during the annual enrollment period, or upon being notified of eligibility.
