Health Coaching

As an HMSA member, you get the personalized support of Hawaii-based health coaches over the phone at no cost. This confidential, voluntary program gives you access to coaches to help you manage daily stress and life’s challenges. There is no cost to participate in health coaching services.

HMSA Online Care

With HMSA’s Online Care®, you can meet with a healthcare provider in the comfort and privacy of your home or anywhere else in Hawaii. This service is offered at no cost to you.

What to Expect

Colleague Contributions: To better understand and compare costs, view full-time colleague contributions for 2025 here. If you choose to cover your spouse/domestic partner and they have access to subsidized medical coverage through their employer, you will pay an additional $100 per month for coverage.

ID Cards: If you are new to HMSA or updated your enrollment, you’ll receive an HMSA ID card mailed to your home address.

Find Your PCP: After you’ve enrolled, use your HMSA account to find an in-network primary care physician (PCP) or OB-GYN and see them for your recommended care.
